Traditional recipe uses ditalini pasta, dried northern beans, fresh garlic cloves, celery, water and some crushed/puree tomatoes, definitely not chicken broth, onions or carrots

Never seen pizzaiola made like this. She uses parsley in sauce instead of basil which is odd. Leave out the onions and club steak/ rib eye is best for this.

I’m confused. She had a meatball contest with Carolyn Manzo and Carolyn won the contest. Teresa always baked her meatballs and made horrible comments about Carolyn frying her meatballs before adding it to sauce. I find it funny that she is now frying the meatballs instead of baking them.

Your videos are worthless, and I've seen comments very similar to that on your videos so I'm not the only one saying it. Why do you keep filming 25 ft away from what you're doing, and you've got the kitchen faucet and other kitchen items blocking the view. You also don't give measurements to anything. Good for you that you can eyeball stuff like you said you learned from your mom, but about 99.9% of recipes and cooking shows out there give exact measurements. Between the terrible filming & the incomplete recipes (no measurements), these videos are worthless, useless. It's just another excuse for you to be on camera.
